Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Save Indian Family prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in SIF One App and in any online community channels that Save Indian Family operates. This includes grooming or solicitation of a child, sexualization or exploitation of a child, sextortion, trafficking, and creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
How to report a concern
Use the Child safety report option in SIF One App or email the contact below. Give a brief description of the concern and where it occurred. Do not attach, forward, download, or share sexual images or videos of a child.
If you are reporting suspected online child sexual abuse material in India, you can also contact the Government of India’s National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal or your local law enforcement agency.
Review and response
Reports received by Save Indian Family are reviewed by the designated child-safety contact. When Save Indian Family obtains actual knowledge of CSAM in a channel it controls, it will promptly restrict access to or remove the material, take appropriate action on the account or channel involved, and refer confirmed CSAM to the appropriate regional authority or law enforcement agency as required by applicable law. Save Indian Family will cooperate with lawful child-safety investigations.
Save Indian Family does not control third-party services linked from the app. For content hosted by an external service, report it through that service’s reporting tools and to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
